Former All Black Neven MacEwan has written a candid memoir about his life.  It's a raw and honest story about his rugby, struggles with alcohol and depression and his subsequent work as a prison chaplain.  Lizzie chatted with him by phone to hear some of his story.

The latest Suicide Statistics in New Zealand show that suicide rates amongst our young people are on the increase.  Ross McCook, CEO of Heart for Youth Charitible Trust works with young people up and down the country.  He chats with Lizzie about the types of things that weigh heavy on our young people and how we as parents/caregivers can help them to navigate their lives and to have hope.

Harrison Collins - An Inspirational Young Man

13 year old Harrison Collins is a student at Dilworth College in Auckland. In his spare time he likes to volunteer with Steve Farrelly's Charity - Breakfast Club Kids.  Harrison joins Lizzie in studio to talk about poverty and challengers every New Zealander to help those less fortunate than themselves.
